Technocratt uses a variety of personal and technical tests to determine the suitability of a candidate. We assess all candidates in a variety of ways, including:

 

Face-to-face interviews: More than 90% of our candidates have been personally interviewed onsite at Technocratt.

When requested, drug and background checks


We put our recruits through the latest computer-based testing available to help us qualify new candidates. We currently use over 80 tests to measure current skills proficiency – not potential. The tests use actual program code and compare each candidate to others who have taken the test.

Retaining good talent is critical to managing successful IT projects. This is no easy task considering the average IT professional receives 3 calls per day from recruiters trying to lure them to new opportunities.
While Technocratt strives to attract the most highly trained IT professionals in the market, we put special emphasis on retention among our contract consultants. To that end, we provide invest substantially in training our staff and ensuring that our investments are protected by giving them highly lucrative retention bonuses.
